To print pass, warning, and detention slips from PerfectPass there are a few steps that must be completed. If you have questions along the way please contact Support for assistance.

Station Setup

Each printer you connect to PerfectPass will be assigned a “Station” name during setup.

The Station name is user-defined and some examples are: “Front Office”, “Media Center”, “Kiosk 1”, etc.

When a user signs in to PerfectPass they will be prompted to select a Station and print slips will be routed to that Station’s assigned printer. It is possible for multiple users to select the same Station which allows slip prints to be routed to a single printer.

Install PrintManager

The PrintManager software is installed onto your Windows workstation and listens for print jobs sent from PerfectPass.

Register the printer

After PrintManager is installed the next step is open the software and register the printer.
