To prepare for the school year please review these tasks.

Define semesters

PerfectPass will use the semester schedule to rollover the student’s incident count (start it over at 0). To create a semester you will need the semester name, start date, and end date. We recommend using a detailed Semester label such as: SY 21-22 S1, SY 21-22 S2, etc.

Use the linked PerfectPass Incident Rulebase Worksheet document to help organize the incident and detention schedule before entering it into PerfectPass.
