Semesters are used by PerfectPass to determine when an incident count will reset to zero.

Create a semester

  1. Click the Semester droplist at the top of your screen then choose Create Semester. The Semesters window will appear.

     

  2. Enter a Label, Start Date, End Date

     

  3. Click Add Semester to add the semester

     

  4. Click Done to close the Semester window


Delete a Semester

  1. Click the Semester droplist at the top of your screen then choose Create Semester. The Semesters window will appear.

     

  2. Click Actions > Delete to delete a semester

     

  3. Click Done to close the Semester window
