Overview

  • Download and install Epson’s “Advanced Printer Driver”

  • Set the Paper Width setting to -100 in the VDS PrintManager Configuration Utility.

 

The standard PerfectPass slip is 4” wide. To keep the slip legible we recommend using a setting no less than 3”.

 

  1. Open VDS PrintManager

  2. Under Registered Printers select the EPSON TM-T20II (or Add it)

  3. Click on Receipt Paper Settings

  4. set the Paper Width to -100.
