Notification History

PerfectPass v1.13 introduces a new feature called Notification History, which allows you to view a record of messages sent to recipients.

View Notification History Related to a Specific Student

To view the notification history related to particular student:

  1. Navigate to the student's record.

  2. Select the "Notifications" tab.

The information provided for each notification includes:

  • Message Type

  • Recipient Contact Address

  • Status

  • Sent Timestamp

  • Associated Incident

View Notification History for All Recipients

The Notification History tab displays a comprehensive list of all notifications sent to recipients across the system. This centralized view allows administrators to:

  • Monitor overall notification activity

  • Troubleshoot issues related to message delivery

To access the Notification History for all recipients:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Notifications > Notification History

  2. Select the "Notification History" tab.
