Add a notification alert to an incident

The Send a Notification incident action can be added to any incident.

You will need to create a notification template before proceeding.

Open Discipline > Incidents
Select an Incident, click the gear icon, then Add Action
Select SEND A NOTIFICATION
Select SMS or Email
Note: (to send both create another notification action)
Choose a template name
Set Send Notifications To Guardians
Click SAVE
