PerfectPass Settings

PerfectPass Settings are user settings that allow you to re-order incidents and toggle the Detention Auto Assign setting.

The settings are found by clicking your user name then PerfectPass Settings.

Incidents

Drag and drop the incidents to re-order the list. The order will be reflected when you assign an incident from the web browser or PerfectPass Mobile.

Detentions

The Auto Assign setting determines whether PerfectPass will prompt the user to choose the detention from a calendar picker or automatically assign detention(s) to the student.

• Enable Auto Assign to automatically assign detentions based on the incident rule base.

• Disable Auto Assign to display the detention calendar picker allowing you to manually choose the detention date and time.
