Data Mapping

To import data into User Defined Fields the field(s) must be created before you can assign a data mapping.

The creation of EliteID User Defined Fields is performed in Form Designer.

Create a New Map

Go to Data Management > Mapping and click Create New Map.

  1. Enter a Map Name, then select a customer and tenant.

  2. Click the Configuration button.

3. Choose an Integration (File Import Configuration) from the list.

If no integrations are listed create a File Import Configuration

Map the Student entity fields

4. Choose the Application and Entity

5. Complete the data mapping by linking the Integration Configuration map fields to the Application Entity fields.

As of Dec 8th 2023, static values can be applied to fields:

  1. Click the “Link” icon next to a field label

  2. Input the static value

To switch back to using an import file field click the “Pin” icon.

6. Click Save

Optionally, repeat the process for other Entities

 

The end result should be a single map with 1+ configurations.
