Printing from EliteID or PerfectPass requires VDS PrintManager.

PrintManager runs as a background Windows Service and routes print jobs to the assigned printer.

Download

Start by downloading VDS PrintManager from RapIDadmin.

To access RapIDadmin select the user avatar > Switch Applications > RapIDadmin

RapIDadmin > Administration > Printers > Download Print Manager

RapIDadmin > Administration > Printers > Download Print Manager

Install VDS PrintManager

VDS PrintManager requires administrator permission to complete the installation.

Run the PrintManager MSI
Select Next at the Welcome screen
Select Install (an Administration user account & password may be required here)
Select Finish to exit the setup wizard

After the installation is completed you’ll need to register the printer to print from EliteID or PerfectPass.
