Detention Attendance (Mobile)

PerfectPass Mobile enables management of student check-ins for assigned detentions.

Student Check-In and Check-Out
Users can conveniently check students in and out of their designated detentions using the mobile app.

View Today's Detention Events
The app displays today's detention events, providing you with real-time information on scheduled detentions.
Past Detention Management
Past detentions are read-only in PerfectPass Mobile. To change check-in/check-out status for past detentions please use the PerfectPass web app.

Detention Check-In / Check-Out

1. Access Detentions

   • Tap on the Menu icon and select "Detentions"

2. View Detention Details

   • Choose a specific detention from the list to view the students assigned to it.

3. Check In/Out a Student

   • Select a student from the list.

   • Either tap on the student's name or use the device's camera or barcode scanner to scan the student's barcode.

   • Tap the student to change their status to "CHECKED IN" or "CHECKED OUT", or vice versa.
