Detention Rescheduling
This feature will move ALL attendees to the new schedule from the current date forward. The start date of the new schedule is not considered unless it is in the future. This will include attendees from past events regardless of their check-in status. For example, an attendee from last year’s detention could be placed into a detention scheduled for tomorrow or next week. Please make sure that this is your intention before you continue.
PerfectPass v1.14 allows you to reschedule students from one detention meeting time to another.
Follow these steps to reschedule students:
Add a new meeting time: Begin by adding the new meeting time to the event, so that you can see the new schedule alongside the existing one. In the example below, we've added a "Monday" meeting time to the Current Schedule.
Access the Reschedule window: Click on the calendar icon associated with the old meeting time to open the Reschedule window. The window will display the total number of attendees and provide two options:
Move attendees to schedule
Remove all attendees
Move attendees to the new meeting time: Select the option to "Move attendees to schedule" and then choose the new meeting time from the available options.
Update the schedule: Click the "UPDATE" button to process either the move or removal of attendees.
Download the summary file: After a few moments, a Summary File describing the movement or removal of students will be available for download. This file provides an overview of the changes made. Example Summary:
Exit the rescheduling window: Click "DONE" to exit the Reschedule window.
Delete the old meeting time: To prevent accidentally assigning students to the old meeting time when creating new incidents, delete the old meeting time by clicking on the trashcan icon next to it.
