Print an ISO Credential

To print an ISO credential, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the person by selecting them from search results or a list.

  2. Select the ISO credential from the picker.

  3. Click the "Print" button.

After printing, ISO specific fields will be populated.

  • ISO Pool

  • ISO

  • Previous ISO

  • Expiration Date

Replacing a Credential’s ISO Number

To replace a credential's ISO Number, follow these steps:

  1. Select the credential.

  2. Click the "Print" button.

  3. Choose a Print Reason that will change the ISO Number.

Note: The first time you print an ISO Credential, the Print Reason prompt will not be displayed.

However, if you print a credential that has a Card Count greater than 1, the Print Reasons prompt will be shown.
