EliteID is optimized for mobile use, allowing you to easily capture ID photos directly from smartphones and tablets running iOS or Android. The user interface automatically adjusts to fit your device's screen size.

To capture a photo from your mobile device:

  1. Sign in to EliteID.

  2. Locate the person by searching for them or select them from a list.

  3. Tap on the photo area or camera button to initiate the photo capture process.

  4. You'll see a live preview from your device's camera. Optionally, select your preferred front or rear camera from the dropdown menu above the preview.

  5. When ready, tap Capture.

  6. Crop/rotate the photo as needed, then tap Save to associate it with that person's record.

The mobile experience provides a seamless way to snap high-quality photos for ID badges while out in the field or away from dedicated camera hardware.
