Data Management

The Data Management feature enables users to upload flat files and .jpg images into VDSapps programs through a web interface. For automated imports outside the browser environment, PowerShell scripts are available.

During import, the system adds new entries and updates existing ones when the person ID numbers match. In PerfectPass, importing Class Schedules will replace the current schedule entirely.
