Lock/Unlock a User
Locking a user disables all actions that can be performed on the user account.
Locking the admin and (printing) service accounts is recommended.
Locking a user does not prevent them from signing in. To disable sign-in uncheck “Active” in the user properties.
Lock a user account
Only users with the RapIDadmin:Lock/Unlock Users permission can use Lock/Unlock.

Click Actions > Lock
After a user is locked its Actions button is replaced by an Unlock button.
Unlock a user account
Click Actions > Unlock
Click Yes at the confirmation prompt
