Print Jobs

Print Jobs lists all jobs sent to a tenant’s printers.

Open

Click the ACTIONS button beside a printer to Reprint the job.

Troubleshooting

A print job may fail for the following reasons:

• The station doesn't have a printer set up

• No printer is online and available to handle the print job

• VDS PrintManager (VPM) never received a notification that a print job is waiting or is not acknowledging receiving the print job
