Release a license

When a user signs in to EliteID or PerfectPass they will acquire a user license from the floating pool of licenses.

If the user does not sign out, or they sign in using separate browser tabs or browsers, they can acquire multiple user licenses which may lock out other users and return a Unable to Acquire License error.

Follow the below steps to release the user license.

Navigate to RapIDadmin > Subscriptions and Licensing > Licensing

Click Release beside an active license assignment to force logoff the user and release the application license.
