License Limits

License limits prevent any one tenant from acquiring more than the configured number of application licenses. In practice, setting up license limits is necessary when there are multiple tenants are under a single parent Customer.

Navigate to RapIDadmin > Subscriptions and Licensing

Example Subscriptions

Edit License Limits

  1. Click License Limits

  2. Choose the appropriate application tab

  3. Enable the checkbox beside each tenant, and input or use the number control to set the number of licenses that tenant should not exceed.

  4. Click Save

The total number of licenses must not exceed the “Total license count”

Reset license limits

  1. Click License Limits

  2. Select the appropriate application tab

  3. Disable the checkboxes as needed

  4. Click Save
