Invalid Tenant ID Error in VDS Print Manager

Purpose:

  • This document will walk you through the process of troubleshooting an issue that may arise in EliteID when trying to register a printer to a station.

  • This issue occurs when using credentials in VDS Print Manager that are associated to another Tenant other than the one the credentials are assigned to.

Process:

  • To fix this issue you will need to use credentials with the same tenant as the one the printer is being assigned to

  • Or change it within RapIDadmin - See How to Switch Tenants
