How to Switch Tenants

Purpose:

  • This document will walk you through how to switch tenants in EliteID

Process:

  • Navigate to https://www.vdsapps.com/RapIDAdmin/Application#/dashboard

  • Click on “Users”

  • Click on “Actions” for the user to switch

  • Click “Edit” in the drop down

  • Click on the search icon on the Relationship bar

  • Click "Select" on the Tenant you would like to switch to
