Webcam Issues

If you're experiencing issues with your webcam while using EliteID, follow these steps:

  1. Allow Camera Access
When attempting to use a camera for the first time, your browser will prompt you to "Allow camera access." Ensure that you grant this permission.

  2. Unblock Camera in Browser Settings
If the camera is blocked, open your browser's settings and unblock the camera.

  3. Unplug and Reconnect the Camera
Try unplugging and reconnecting the camera device. You can also test the camera outside of EliteID to identify any hardware problems.
