Manage

A listing of all (global) Canned reports and User reports is available in the Manage page.

Here you can make copies of reports for the purpose of editing, to publish/unpublish for viewing, and to delete them.

Navigate to RapIDadmin > Reporting > Manage

The Show canned reports only option will filter out copied reports to display canned reports only.

Definitions

Canned report - A global report that is accessible by all customers and tenants on the platform.

User report - A report that is only accessible by your customer/tenant.

Report Editing

While you cannot directly edit a canned report, you may copy any canned report from the Actions menu then make revisions to the copy from the page.

Copy Canned Report

Select Actions > Copy Canned Report to copy a canned report. The copied report is a “user” report and will be named “Copy of…”

Publish/Unpublish a user report

Reports must be published for users to view the report.

Select Actions > Publish to publish the report.

To unpublish the report select Actions > Unpublish.

Delete a user report

User reports can be deleted.

Select Actions > Delete to permanently remove the report.
