In the event you try to access EliteID when no user license is available, you will encounter an Unable to Acquire License message.

Unable To Acquire License

We were unable to acquire a user license for EliteID. If you believe you’ve received this message in error, please contact your system administrator.

  1. Ask the other user to log out, thereby freeing up license for your use.

  2. Alternatively, you can Release a User License, allowing you to release a license currently in use and make it available for yourself or another user.

  3. The EliteID subscription may have expired. Visit RapIDadmin > Subscriptions & Licenses > Subscriptions to view the subscription end date.
