View and release user licenses

When a user signs in to EliteID, they will obtain a user license from the available floating pool of licenses. Periodically, it's a good practice to check the list of currently signed-in users in EliteID and, if necessary, release a user license when a single user has logged in multiple times.

View acquired user licenses

  1. Navigate to RapIDadmin

  2. From there, go to Subscriptions & Licenses > Licenses to access a list of users who are signed in. This list will display the acquired user licenses.

It's important to note that a single user can acquire more than one user license if they do not sign out after using EliteID or if they sign in to EliteID using separate browser tabs or browsers.

Release a user license

User licenses are automatically released when a user logs out of EliteID. Additionally, administrators or users with the necessary permissions can manually release a license for other users by selecting the "Release" option to log off the user.
