The Administration > Settings page contains various configuration settings.
Credentials
Setting | Description |
|---|---|
Hide credentials not associated with a person | This on/off setting influences which credentials are visible for a Person. When you use Lists that involve assigning credentials, enabling this option automatically conceals credentials that are not relevant to the person. The default setting is Off. |
Photos
Setting | Description |
|---|---|
Photo Width and Photo Height | This setting determines the dimensions of ID photos in EliteID. The default setting is 300 x 330, which maintains an aspect ratio of 10:11. |
Enable Canon Camera | These settings are available in EliteID+. The Enable setting determines whether or not Canon camera capture is an option available to users. This Port setting must match the VDS Canon Camera Service port. The default port setting is 5001. |
Signature
Setting | Description |

Enable Signature Integration | This setting determines whether or not signature capture is an option available to users. |
Display Signature | This setting determines whether or not a person’s signature is displayed in EliteID. This helps users identify at a glance whether or not a signature has been captured. |
CloudCard
The CloudCard settings menu will only appear for clients who have chosen to use this service. To learn more about integrating the CloudCard service into EliteID, please contact Vision Database.
