ID Number Label

Customizes the display name for the primary ID field. If left unchanged, appears as "ID Number" by default.

Enable Secondary ID

Controls the visibility of the Secondary ID Number field throughout the system.

When enabled:

• Displays below the ID photo in the main interface

• Becomes available in the card designer and Lists

When disabled, this field is hidden in all locations.

Secondary ID Number Label

Customizes the display name for the secondary ID field. If left unchanged, appears as "Secondary ID Number" by default.

Hide credentials not associated with a person

This on/off setting influences which credentials are visible for a Person. When you use Lists that involve assigning credentials, enabling this option automatically conceals credentials that are not relevant to the person.

The default setting is Off.

Photo Width and Photo Height

This setting determines the dimensions of ID photos in EliteID.

The default setting is 300 x 330, which maintains an aspect ratio of 10:11.

Enable Canon Camera
Canon Camera Service Port

These settings are available in EliteID+.

The Enable setting determines whether or not Canon camera capture is an option available to users.

This Port setting must match the VDS Canon Camera Service port.

The default port setting is 5001.

Enable Signature Integration

This setting determines whether or not signature capture is an option available to users.

Display Signature

This setting determines whether or not a person’s signature is displayed in EliteID. This helps users identify at a glance whether or not a signature has been captured.
