Customers

Customers and tenants have a parent/child relationship. Each customer can have multiple tenants existing under it.

The license is applied to the Customer and will be shared by Tenants. We recommend creating unique Customer/Tenant pairs for each individual school.

Create a Customer

Open RapIDadmin
Open Customers
Click Create New Customer
Enter the Customer Name
Enter your dealer information for the billing contact's First and Last Name
Enter your dealer billing email address **duplicate billing emails among Customers are allowed**
Click Save
