Tenants

A Tenant must be created before you can create Users.

Create a Tenant

1. Open RapIDadmin

2. Open Tenant

3. Click Create New Tenant
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. Use the magnifying glass to select an existing Customer
   
   

   Open

   

    

5. Enter the name for the new Tenant (this information is shown by the user name in the top bar)

6. Leave Organization blank

7. Click SAVE
