VDSapps requires VDS PrintManager to print from EliteID and PerfectPass.

PrintManager runs in the background as a Windows Service and routes print jobs to the configured printer.

VDS PrintManager Requirements

Download

The first step is to download VDS PrintManager.

To access RapIDadmin select the user avatar > Switch Applications > RapIDadmin

RapIDadmin > Administration > Printers > Download Print Manager

Install VDS PrintManager

VDS PrintManager requires administrator permission to complete the installation.

Run the PrintManager MSI
Select Next at the Welcome screen
Select Install (an Administration user account & password may be required here)
Select Finish to exit the setup wizard

After the installation is completed you’ll need to register the printer to print from EliteID or PerfectPass.
