Troubleshooting
When a user attempts tries to sign in to EliteID when no without an available free user license is available an , they will see an "Unable to Acquire License" message is shown.
To resolve the license issue, you can ask the other user to sign out , or visit use the "Release a user license to release User License" option to free up the license for the user.
