Your VDSapps subscription and user license assignments can be found at Subscriptions and Licensing > Subscriptions.
“Start Date” is the first day of the subscription period.
“End Date” is the last day of the subscription period.
To access RapIDadmin select your user avatar > Switch Applications > RapIDadmin

Troubleshooting
When a user tries to sign in to EliteID without an available free user license, they will see an "Unable to Acquire License" message.
To resolve the license issue, you can ask the other user to sign out or use the "Release a User License" option to free up the license for the user.
