Enable Custom Support Contact Information

If you do not find Customer Support in the navigation menu, you must first add the Administration:Customer Support feature to your dealer account’s Role.

  1. Open RapIDadmin

  2. Navigate to Administration > Customer Support

  3. Disable the custom support contact information option

  4. Click Save
