Student information including person data, class schedule, and photo can be imported into PerfectPass using the RapIDutilities import/export utility or the Data Management tool.

Student record data is mandatory.

This table details the default PerfectPass student data fields.

Custom data fields can be added by accessing Students > Manage > Edit Custom Fields.
