Manage detention attendance in the Detention Rosters tab. From this screen you can check students in/out of detentions and assign incidents as a consequence.

Detention Rosters is found in PerfectPass > Discipline > Detentions > Detention Rosters.

Select a detention roster
Click To start click the calendar icon to display the detention schedule calendar.
Each day highlighted shaded green indicates a detention event exists on that day.

Click on a day to show the available schedules.

After you have selected a detention event there are two methods available to check students in to the detention event.
Check in using

With a student roster selected click the CHECK IN button located in the bottom right to open the Check Students In To Detention screen.

Scan the students ID or type in their ID. Any matches will be checked in. Searches that return no results will be ignored and not return an error message.
Check in or out by selecting students manually
Click the CHECK IN button beside any student to check the them into the detention.
Click it again to CHECK OUT.

To CHECK OUT the student click the green check button.

Assign Incident
Assign incidents to one or more students in the roster.

Are you assigning an incident because the student(s) did not serve the detention? For ease of use we recommend using Unserved Detentions for that purpose. |
Select one or more students (tick the selection box) then choose Assign Incident from the droplist at the bottom then click OK.

In the Add An Incident screen select an incident to assign to the selected students then follow the prompts to complete the incident assignment.
