Subscriptions
View your current and past subscriptions in VDSapps subscriptions at RapIDadmin > Subscriptions & Licenses > Subscriptions.
A subscription can may contain licenses for one or more products. All products will be listed by name in the Products column, with the number of user licenses in the trailing parenthesis.
The Status column will contain one of three status values: active, cancelled, or trialing. If the status is trialing, the trial end date will be includeddisplayed.

Licensing
View and release licenses in use at RapIDadmin > Subscriptions & Licenses > Licenses.
User licenses allow for a user to be logged into an application from both a mobile device and the web at the same time, while only taking up a single "seat". Platforms The Platform column will list Web, Mobilewhether the license was acquired from a Web or Mobile device, or both, and will contain an identifier that will help you identify the station Web workstation or mobile device that is currently occupying the seat.
Licenses will be released automatically once the user logs out of all listed platforms. If at any time, an administrator wishes to release a license they can use the release button shown in the left hand grid columnclick Release to force logoff the user.
Release a license
Click Release beside an active license to force logoff the user. This will log the user out of all listed platforms and release the license for the application.
